MobileSync does not work anymore on my iPhone…

Hello,

I’ve been syncing my iPhone to my iTunes library on my Windows 10 computer for years now without any issues. Just as of 4 days ago, I’m now unable to sync anything from my computer to my phone. I’m not sure why this occurred or how but it seems it has to do with my actual phone. I even tried creating a whole new iTunes library and uninstalling iTunes but I still was unable to sync my phone. I’ve tried everything; syncing selected tracks instead of entire library, checking for updates, restarting my computer, using different wires, different USB ports, manually updating/uninstalling and re-installing the phone drivers for iTunes, even using third party programs to try and sync my phone . I even tried to manually backup my phone with a third party app but gave me the error message: “iOSMobileSyncInvalidVersion”. iTunes does recognize my phone but just cannot backup or sync any music. My iCloud Music Library is not enabled and I prefer to keep that way as I have had a bad experience with it. I’m really unsure why this happened and need an answer immediately as music is a big part of my life. I also for some reason can’t delete any tracks off my phone either. Anyone know how to fix this or have experienced before? I’ve contacted Apple and was on the phone with them for over 3 hours on Friday and they told me they would get back to me on Monday which they never did…
