How many rows of icons on the homescreen does the iPhone 12 Mini has?

That could really vary depending on your settings. Will it be larger icons that appear when the Zoom option is enabled? Will you be using widgets? It could really vary. You could easily have 15+ icons, not including the 4 icons you select for the Dock at the bottom of the screen.
