Icon transparent in the dock

On the fly you can relaunch the Dock from the Terminal.app, copy & paste:

killall Dock

If no luck, reboot the Mac

If still no resolve try a SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

and test, then reboot as normal .

A safeboot will keep all third party application/modifications from launch—this would be a clue.

David, I got the same problem, did you solve it? Even the guys on apple support on my country can’t give me a clue
