apple support call ask me to press 1, i do but apple suport keeps asking press 1
I tried calling Apple support. I request a call back. Apple calls they say press 1. I press 1, I can hear the touch tone on my phone. But Apple support keeps saying press 1, after several attempts they hang up.
‘why doesn’t Apple acknowledge when I press 1?
