Apple support calls but when I press "1" they can't hear me and just hang up.

I think this occurs because Apple employees are either busy or still in bed. Its a ruse! But if you complain they call back pretty quickly

This is clearly a problem with Apple's support telephony system.

If you Google "apple support call can't push 1" you'll see many instances of this issue across both Apple & Android devices, I seriously doubt it's your phone which is the issue.

How do you complain when you can't reach them?

I press the number 1 on my keep pad when apple support asks me to but you hang up. Please help me. I need to get to apple support
