Apple support does not hear me pressing "1"

So i had and issue and i tried to fill in the form for apple support to call me. When it happened and it called me, the automatic system said to press 1 to speak with operator. When i pressed it, nothing happened, then this thing told me it does not hear me and it will try again later. So it happened 8 times, 8 times i tried to call for apple support, but still this freaking bot does not let me go further. I tried to press 1 in different ways, many times. And please dont reply me with that message how to press digits on iphones lol. I am not that stupid.
