Apple Music Issues

Hi! I’d like to get an answer and a solution to my issue. The new update broke my apple music app. I have plenty problems with it and if I can’t get it fixed I will be canceling my subscription.


So recently a few days ago my apple music updated. When it updated it started acting funny. I cannot download apps into my library, the album artwork will not load, and no new music adds to my playlist. I’m really more worried about the fact that I cannot download new songs.


I looked up all possible solutions on google. I tried them all and failed. I redownloaded the app, I turned all the toggle switches off and back on in settings, and checked my storage. My storage is perfectly fine with 30 GB left to use and 40 GB left of icloud storage to use.

Please help me. I have been an apple music user for 6 years. I don’t want to turn to spotify just yet.


The device I use is the Iphone XR 64 GB Product Red running on IOS 14.6 Everything was fine until apple music updated.
