Office 365 (in combination with BigSur) is writing files as hidden on our network, how to solve this?

We've upgraded (most of our) Mac's in our company to BigSur. The problem we have now is that when we store office 365 files on our network location those files are all hidden.

I know a workaround to temporary of permanently show hidden files on the Macs, but that's not something we prefer to do. All system files etc are also visible at that moment and that's something we want to prevent.

Is there a solution to this? When saving the files locally there isn't a problem at all. The workaround now is to save the files locally and the copy them to the server, but this extra time consuming ofcourse.

Thanks!
