Just clicked on link in a text and started populating form - help???

I received a text proportional g to be from FedEx re a delivery - I am expecting a delivery but not sure who will be shipping it, so clicked the link. It asked me to click to rearrange delivery so I did and was taken to an online form, asking for email, name, date of birth etc. Foolishly I started populating it and then it said a charge for redelivery would be made. That’s when I became suspicious and cancelled out. What May have been compromised?

How much of the information it requested did you provide? If you provided your email, name and date of birth, you could become a victim of Identity Theft. You fell for a phishing message for information, and unfortunately, you provided them with some if not all they needed. You need to contact the credit reporting services to prevent accounts from being opened in your name.
