Life360 thinks my battery saver is on. It is not…

Two iPhone 12’s with Life360. My iPhone is not in Battery Saver mode, but other iPhone reports that it is. All software is up to date. Battery saver confirmed off in my phone. Thoughts on how to convince the other iPhone that BatSavr is off?

Hi kfosull,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're having an issue with a third-party app showing Low Power Mode is enabled. We're happy to assist.

We recommend ensuring there are no battery alerts or issues present when checking Settings > Battery > Battery Health. If needed, the article here also has the steps to help you check: About the battery usage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

We'd also recommend force closing the app: Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch and completing a normal restart of your iPhone: Restart your iPhone

If the issue continues, check for updates to the app as you mentioned your iOS software was up to date: How to manually update apps on your Apple device

You can also contact the app developer if the issue remains: How to contact an app developer

Cheers!
