iPhone 12 Mini issues

I had to update my email passwords recently and every since I have not be able to get gmail on my phone when on WiFi, google will not open, some of the apps will not open and I can not use safari. My iPad works just fine. I have rebooted my WiFi, restarted my phone, reset it to factory setting, reset internet settings. None have solved the problem. (The WiFi is fine with yahoo/att, and on my iPad and laptop.). The phone works fine on the WiFi at work. Is this a phone or WiFi problem? Would think phone since WiFi works with iPad.
