I ordered a mac book from the apple store website but my credit card didn’t have the exact money

I ordered a mac book from the apple store website but my credit card didn’t have the exact money so it got stuck on (processing) even though I did put the right amount of money in the credit card, and I had ordered an AirPods too and it’s now shipped.

Hmm, I'm not aware that you can "add" money to a credit card. Are you actually referring to a debit card instead? Regardless, your order should clear the processing stage once there is enough funds in your card's account to make the purchase.

Alternately, you can contact directly for assistance with this matter.

If it shipped sounds like you are in the clear—typically they give you an expected delivery date.
