I'm getting notifications that there has been a breach and my iPhone is infected with a virus

I’m getting at least hourly notifications that my calendar and Safari apps are infected with malware. My calendar is taken over with notifications making it hard to read my original calendar events. Is this from Apple? Is the link to fix it legit? If not, how can I get these notifications to stop and how can I clean up my phone/calendar?

If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
