Is there a way yet to access old notes that were locked without its password? I had the note locked on my old phone but when I upgraded the password didn’t transfer over but the note stayed locked so I have NO idea what that password was and I have tried all of my standard ones. Please help??

A Note which is locked with a password can only be retrieved with that particular password. If you reset the password for locked notes then the new password will only apply to new notes and not the existing notes.
You can perform a Google search to see whether there are third party apps that can help unlock a Note. There are several out there however not sure how or if they work.
