Syncing Issues

Videos that I took with my iPhone all of a sudden will not sync from my Mac to my iPhone. I do not use iCloud Sync. Both my Mac and iPhone are up to date. And I tried deleting my iPod photo cache.

I’m getting the cannot be played on this iPhone error.

I took the videos with my iPhone. Some of them are from my Mavic Mini and they use to sync no problem. I don’t get it.

I can't seem to download videos from DJI Go app So I have the DJI Go app which works with the DJI Osmo 2 mobile stablizer for recording videos. It records everything in a separate folder than our regular iphone photos & video album. I like this and I absolutely hate this. I can NOT seem to download these videos from my iphone and I want to flip out. I've tried itunes>iphone>file sharing>DJI Go>hg300 Storage>save I get an error every time telling me "hg300 storage" could not be copied because an error occurred. This device is not connected" Yet it's clearly connected because I see the file on the iphone to save. I've disconnected and re-connected the phone multiple times, only to get the same error message. Anyone have any idea how to use this stupid app and download all of my content? I almost want to switch platforms and away from DJI their app is so terrible.

Getting the Dreaded "cannot sync iPhone, the required file cannot be found" error Consindering that this exact bug has been around since at least 2010 (see "Required file cannot be found" when sync… - Apple Community) I would like to expression my great frustration with Apple engineers for their love of never fixing longstanding bugs. So, I'm trying ot sync my iPhone 13 running up to date iOS 16.6. I have the feeling that the error is coming from me trying to sync photos, or possibly sync audiobooks. Turning these options off result in the "Apply" button (to restart the sync) being greyed out, so I can't even try again without waiting 30 minutes or restarting the computer (again...). Back in 2010, the fix was to "delete the iPod photos cash in iPhotos" or something quaint like that. I can't find anything like that in 2023. Maybe I'll teach my son about this bug, and we can pass it down, from generation to generation, until one day we finally solve this dumb bug that Apple can't be bothered to fix, or provide guidance for how to fix, that's been with us for 13+ years and counting.

Can't transfer videos I've been trying to download videos from my iPhone to my computer but keep receiving an error. I currently do not use icloud.
