Your Payment method was declined. Update it or add a new payment method and try again.
I am new to apple recently purchased iPhone 11. While I was try to purchase app it asked me to add a payment method. After adding all the details my payment method was declined.
I searched for suggestions to solve this issue, one of the user said
- "There is a billing problem with a previous purchase. Please edit your billing info to correct the problem.”
- "There is a billing problem with a previous purchase. Click Purchase History to view and correct the problem. If you cancel you will not be able to buy until this billing issue has been resolved."
since I am new to apple I cannot have any billing problem.
how can I solve this?
