won't download album from Apple iTunes Music

I have Apple Music and I'm trying to download an album from iTunes but it won't let me.

It won't download on my iPhone 7 or my Macbook pro 13

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.4

What’s happening when you try to download? If you receive an error message, what does it say?

Are you able to download a different album?

Are your devices up to to date on software?

I called the support number and they fixed my iPhone and my Mac for iTunes. Evidently I had to clear the history I had to delete the app and then put it back on and now I’m good to go. So the thing is to clear my history delete the app and then put it back on seems to be what was wrong for both there you go all is well thanks for responding bye
