I am still getting unsolicited emails even after changing my email address to the alternate, .me.com, I know how to block them but this only sends them to my junk folder. I want to not get any of these emails at all. How can I change my Apple ID and email both? Another words a whole new account.

If you create/use a new Apple ID, you will lose access to some of your data and the purchases made with your existing Apple ID.
Create a new ID (if necessary) and sign into iCloud using the same Apple ID on another Apple device/computer. You should then be able to sign in.
