There is nothing easy with the USB-C Macs.
Try an SMC Reset.
Try unplugging the charger from the electrical outlet for a minute to reset the charger's internal circuitry. Also connect the charger directly to the laptop as multi-port adapters, docks, and hubs may not allow the full power of the charger make it to the laptop. Also disconnect all external devices in case one of them is interfering.

The least expensive parts are the I/O Boards, Charger, and charger cable. If the charger (assuming the charger & cable are both fully functional -- best to try with a known good charger & cable) doesn't work with the USB-C ports on the other side of the laptop, then it will most likely be an expensive repair. You will need to have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider examine the laptop, charger, and charging cable to provide you with a repair estimate.
