Subscription Payment thru Gcash still being deducted

Hi,

What do I do when my subscription is already cancelled, my payment method in apple id is already deleted, and yet payment is still being deducted in my gcash account. It’s been going on for many months now after cancellation of subscription, and its really hassle since I cant have my gcash funded because I am afraid that the subscription will be deducted although it was cancelled months ago.

I appreciate any help with this matter. Thank you!
