My MacBook can't see my AirPods Max listed as a bluetooth device. My MacBook sees all my other bluetooth devices... just not the AirPods Max.
Does the AirPods Max work with MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015)?

Pretty much compatible since the only demand I saw from Apple is Big Sur 11.1 (Connect and use your AirPods Max - Apple Support, Set up AirPods Max with your Mac and other Bluetooth devices - Apple Support)
