Can’t view the message on my FB Messenger banner notification

Hi there folks!

I’m so sorry to bother you guys on a weekend!

I saw there was already a thread on this type of issue but I think that was from last year and I’m not sure if the process/update is still the same..

Anyway, here’s what happen. Ever since I updated my iPhone 6 to its very first software update, this issue started.

Whenever a banner notification from Messenger or SMS pops up and of course I wanted to reply to it without opening/going to the app/s, it just shows me a blank one.

There’s an instance where I tried to reply, let alone “like” the message and I thought it would go through but apparently didn’t.

I’m attaching a screenshot of the issue and I hope someone from your great team would be able to help me.
