Got a second hand iPhone 6 and the previous owner can not remember her about. How can I delete her Icloud account in order to use it

You are not going to be able to unlock it by any means. The only way forward is for the previous owner either to give you her ID and password, or for her to remove it from her list of devices as detailed here: How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support
If she doesn't know her Apple ID and/or password she should go to https://iforgot.apple.com to retrieve the ID and reset the password.
If she can't or won't do this you should return the phone to her and demand a refund because it is completely and permanently useless.
