Thunderbolt 3 port dead on MacBook pro 16 inch

Hi there,

i own a MacBook pro 16 inch and recently used a usb c dock that has a power delivery function. I plugged my MBP charger to the determined port in the dock and power up my laptop and connect all my peripherals through a single usb c cable that comes with the dock. After 2 weeks of usage, this morning, while the dock is connected the MBP suddenly restarts its self twice and now the TB ports on the right hand side (the side that used to connect to my dock) no longer works. they can not be used to charge and wont connect to any device i plugged to them. I tried to do a SMC reset and the ports still won't work.

Thankfully the 2 ports on the left hand side is working without problem.

anybody can advice me on what to do and tell me what seems to be the problem that needs to be fixed? your feedbacks will be much appreciated.
