Will Microsoft Office 2010 transfer from a Windows PC to an iMac?
I want to transfer Microsoft Office 2010 from my pc to an iMac. Will the entire program or file transfer?

Depends on what you mean.
If you mean to the Mac OS, then no. Apps written and compiled for Windows cannot run directly on a Mac. No more than a Mac app will run in Windows.
If you mean you have Windows installed either via a Boot Camp partition, or running in a VM, the answer is still no. You'd have to install Office 2010 in the Windows install the same as you would any other new computer.
If you mean just your data, such as Word, Excel and other documents, then yes. Though you will need to install a Mac version of Office to open them. It's a bit more work to transfer the Outlook data, but not hard. I've not tried this myself, so I don't know if that transfers only the emails, or also your contacts. Those may need to be transferred separately.

All the data files will easily transfer however you need to buy a license of Office for Mac or use an app such as LibreOffice which is free.
