Cancel subscription

Hello,


I have ordered a subscription, but I cannot cancel it via my device. Viaplay provider tells me that My subscription is valid till 22nd July and later will be automatically continued. How can I cancel this subscription?

this is what I see in my subscription list:

iPad Air, iPadOS 14

You've already turned off automatic renewal on the iTunes Store servers. If it still shows as active on Viaplay after tomorrow, contact them.
