Screen Mirroring icon disappeared in control center (not found in more control as well)

Hi there,

I would like to connect my iphone 11 to a projector. They need to use the screen mirroring feature in iphone. Spent 1 hour on double checking and googling about this topic. not solution found. Mainly, there is no screen mirror found in control center. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
