Change your iCloud settings - Apple Support

Set up each iCloud service on your Mac and your iPad and they will be shared with each other. If you set up a Contact on your Mac it will appear in Contacts on your iPad. If you take a photo with your iPad it will appear on the Mac. if there isn't a service for something and you do not have a proper backup from a previous iOS device you will have to enter it manually.
