My phone is saying api problem what is this

My bank can’t verify or preform certain tasks and it flashes this as shown below as well as api error on games that have any sound I hear nothing.

HDFC Mobile banking app is not working in my iPhone 13 Pro(iOS 16.1) My hdfc mobile banking app is not working and it’s showing error “My device is jail brocken”. But my device isn’t jail broken. MyJio app is also not working and showing similar message. But other banking apps like Axis, Canara, Union Bank and Paytm is working fine. Unable to proceed with phone pe. Hello all, am using iphone 6. Getting error while am activating my bank with phone pe. Unable to proceed with phone pe. As per RBI guidelines, you should be using an iPhone that runs on iOS version 13.4 or higher to add a bank account on phone pe.
