I’m in an Apple family and I’m trying to download an app purchased from another account in my family but it won’t allow me to download it

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?
Have you tried signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restarting the device, and then signing back in to see if you can download the app? Is that the only app you can't download?
What happens when you try? Error message(s)?

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
It comes out saying this which makes no sense as other people in my Apple family can download all apps from each other except for me
Yeah I’ve tried all of that together and no luck. No all other apps I can’t download, not just this one.
