getting 500 internal server error constantly when try to update to big sur

mutltiple attempts over 2 days to upgrade to big sur on mid-2014 macbook pro 13". constantly receiving 500 internal server error msg. system wiped clean before attempted so plenty of space etc what to do??

This is the error I get when I try to upgrade to Monterey: “The operation couldn’t be completed. (PKDownloadError error 8.)" I'm not sure what is wrong and I would love any advice on how to fix this. "The file can't be found." on booting... Everytime I start my MacBook Pro (intel chip), I get two error message. Both say "The file can't be found". This has been happening ever since I updated to big sur. I have to click on "OK" (twice) to make them go away. Neither does it tell you what file can't be found. I just updated to Ventura 13.1 and the problem remains. As does the control strip/touch bar issue. Is Apple going downhill...SMH.

beachball Very slow 2019 iMac 21.5". Restarts and program loading are very slow. Etrecheck says kernel panics with advice to share report. Any help greatly appreciated. Recent upgrade to Ventura but existed before.

We'd love to assist you with updating to Big Sur. After erasing the Mac did you try to reinstall the macOS before attempting the update again by completing the steps listed here: How to reinstall macOS ?

If so, then let's check your disk for any possible issues by completing the steps listed here: How to repair a Mac disk with Disk Utility. Let us know if it report any issues with the disk.
