Ghost Touch

So my phone has been acting up a lot lately its moving on its own ; as if someone is moving the screen. It has gotten so bad to the point that I can't even use my phone properly anymore. It clicks random things on the screen and and I don't know how to fix it. I have the iPhone X and I've tried almost everything to try to stop it from doing it but it won't stop it has only gotten worse. This has been the case for about 4 months or so I am not sure, but it is really annoying since I can't even use my phone. What do you think I should do?
