How can I make a complaint?
I call this morning to Apple support center at 21120099 in Hong Kong and want to know if there is any reply from them in regard to a case no. "T2 Shortcut Issues". I was received by a so called Senior Cherry, we have been spent on the issue about 20 minutes and the issue remain unclear. Over the conversation between us, I was unhappy that she has repeatedly instructed me to do such and such which I was done before for so many times in previous consultation. One of the matter that she claimed that Apple support has sent me an email to request me to film the issue for them to investigate but I was never received the claimed email. If say, if it is such a case I was unable to perform the request as it has been done at least three times before over the previous consultation which I thought it was a matter of wasting our time. Therefore, I request to talk to the Duty-in-Charge but it was rejected by her. I said I am going to complaint against her in writing and asking the address for complaint, then she said she is going to check the address for complaint. At first, she was unwilling to give me the address and later she spoken out the address for a minutes long as dictated as "applesouthasiapteltd7angnokio.....". I was stopping her that how would a complaint address spell like this? To cut it short, I am so sad that you have such a senior in the front line but making this complaint. Last but not the least, may I know result of this complaint by sending a reply to email address at "***@msn.com".
