Does silent clicking option help to solve problem of cursor jumps while typing?
while I'm searching solutions online for cursor jumps while typing. I found this useful for me.
- Problem occurs because when ever I'm typing my both palms below thumb touches track pad every now and then.
- Problem solved (I don't know how it happened. I think it works only for me) by checking silent clicking option on under the pointer & clicks tab in track pad preferences.
- My doubt : does this feature is implemented by the apple mainly to provide uninterrupted typing?
- I want know if there is any better solutions for this problem.
- Currently it works because trackpad preference is set as cursor pointer has to go disappear if it is idle for 3 seconds.
- And if a tap click or any other click has to happen it has to appear by shaking a pointer a little bit first.
- This approach is fine. But is there any option that immediately shifts/disables/deactivates the trackpad the moment any key is pressed and waits for a second before activating again if there is no other keys pressed simultaneously?
