Mac Mini 2018 crashing while using Streamlabs OBS (WindowServer & PerfPowerServices)

Hey gang, this seems to be a more comprehensive resource platform than chatting with an advisor who will apply one size fits all generic troubleshooting to every issue, so here we go.

I have a Mac Mini 2018 running 10.15.7, and haven't yet made the move to Big Sur as the machine is primarily a music production computer also used for Twitch streaming with a DSLR via capture card and NDI video from a gaming PC.

Recently I experienced a series of hard logout crashes while streaming, and possibly found that the PerfPowerServices crashes were due to the presence of the OBS VirtualCamera plugins, which sucks because it's really great to get to use OBS/SLOBS for webcam, but so be it.

The WindowServer issues are the ones I haven't found much of anything on just yet. I had figured at first before checking crashlogs that the issues may have been from CPU overload, as slobs/obs absolutely stomps my CPU (3.2GHz 6 Core i7) as x264 is the encoder due to the absence of any legit GPU in this system. While streaming, I might only have Discord, iTunes, Safari, and SLOBS open, and often have to hide the preview video to keep a stable 60FPS while in-game (scene is only NDI and Camera, no motion overlays), while more intensive scenes while not in-game rarely reach 40-45FPS, while only outputting 1080p60 with encoder set to veryfast. Stingers are awful on the machine, and OBS drops frames like crazy - oddly, SLOBS performs better while actually streaming, which is usually not the case.

Attached below is the most recent crash log from tonight's stream. During the 5 hour stream I experienced three hard logouts and a full system freeze and slow down requiring a reboot.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
