Apple genius bar backed up and restored my phone on the 26th June 2021 with purchased 200GB iCloud storage. hen I lost all my photos and information. I tried to reach the support. There is no appropriate advice or reasons provided regarding this issues. Where I can get the help? I have important photos and information in that backup. I'm not sure where i can have a real help.

Did you restore the backup the people at Apple made for you? See→Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

Did you log in to https://icloud.com to see if your data is there?

Did you sign back into iCloud? With the same Apple ID you used before?

If you back up a iPhone your data are stored in the backup EXCEPT the data that are being used for syncing in iCloud in which case they are stored in iCloud. When you restore a phone, the data that are stored in the backup are restored to the phone EXCEPT the data that are stored in iCloud. To restore the data kept in iCloud you need to read the very first link I posted and follow the directions.

About backups for iOS devices - https://support.apple.com/HT204136 - including a list of what is backed up.

If you sync content (Photos, contacts, calendars, etc) to iCloud those items are excluded from the backup as redundant. However, if you re-enable sync (Settings/[your name]/iCloud) by turning on the switches those items will also sync from iCloud to your phone. You can verify that they are there by logging in to https://icloud.com.

I get the impression you did not read the document to which I posted a link in the very first response to your question and was just summarized in a very short form in a subsequent reply.

The person at the store may or may not have restored any backup you may or may not have made. If the person did, the person may not have signed into your iCloud account (this requires information personal to you only) which may restore a lot of things such as Contact and photos. That's what that first document is all about doing.

We can only help you so far by providing suggestion as to things you must do in order to get final resolution to your issue. We are just users like you, not Apple staff.
