iCloud Back Up

Did anyone’s iCloud messed up and didn’t back up .. even when its turned on and can back up using cellular? . My phone malfunctioned ( black screen with apple logo ) , brought it to a genius bar and found out it never backed up before the incident happened. So now I lost all my birthday pictures. Anyone know how to restore it? Thanks

iCloud backup I have just got a new phone and I backed up my iCloud yet when using my new phone there are photos and videos missing, how can this be recovered and why is it not saved on my iCloud?

icloud backup I backed my old phone up, iphone (2), a while ago and it was since stolen and i logged into my apple id and can not recover anything. my biggest concern is my pictures of my baby cause i just gave birth 5 months ago and they were backed up to my icloud because my icloud storage was full and now i cant access anything and i need help

You won’t be able to recover the images without a backup
