Did anyone’s iCloud messed up and didn’t back up .. even when its turned on and can back up using cellular? . My phone malfunctioned ( black screen with apple logo ) , brought it to a genius bar and found out it never backed up before the incident happened. So now I lost all my birthday pictures. Anyone know how to restore it? Thanks
