iWatch no longer wakes on dominate wrist.

I welcome all suggestions to correct a problem with my watch. IDEAS?

I have watch version 7.5 watch ( 9 months old) and this week the wake on dominate wrist stopped working. I changed the setting off and on again on both iPhone and watch to see if that would help, it did not.

While theatre mode is definitely a possibility, I’m curious why you’ve referenced the “dominant“ wrist. Did you try this Watch on the other wrist, and the Watch did wake on raise? If so, that’s not likely theatre mode, but it might be the button-side or wrist-side setting.

See Watch app > General > Watch Orientation for that.
