Reminder application problem

Why can't I use these modes in this app even though I've updated ios, such as taking pictures, placing flags, symbols?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Because account you store reminders on does not support these features.

Use iCloud account instead. Go to Settings > Reminders > Default List and change it to iCloud.
