My reminders app doesn’t have more icon or emojis when my iPhone has the latest software update

If you aren’t getting the options after you updated to the latest software 14.7.1. I would recommend to complete a back up via iCloud or iTunes. Then connect to a computer with iTunes/finder then push into recovery mode and force update to reinstall the software
