Canāt I get iOS 13 for my iPhone. Without it I canāt download important apps that I need and I really need dark mode.Please help me to my thx this situation.Thank you
If you need to run apps, that require iOS 13 or later, you will need to get a newer iPhone. You didn't state which iPhone you currently have, but if it is an iPhone 6/6 Plus or earlier model, it cannot be upgraded past 12.5.4, as Johnathan Burger has already told you. You will need, as a minimum, an iPhone 6s.
Your phone is to old to support any version of iOS past iOS 12.
There are no updates for your phone.
