iOS 14.6 Bluetooth issue

After update I’m having problems with my BT and it happens with any device I connect. In my car, for example, when I turn on my car the bluetooth automatically connects, the video or music starts rolling but without audio, the audio only come back when I move the media forward or back and happens to all apps I use and any device I connect there. Same thing happens when I answer a call, after finish I realized the media keeps running without audio then I need to open that app and same thing, move forward or back to get audio back.
