Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

Take a look at: If you see a liquid-detection alert on your iPhone - Apple Support.

Sometimes, this alert is a false-positive, and you must Restart your iPhone - Apple Support. If the alert returns after a restart, verify the port is dry. If it is, contact Apple for service: Get Support.
