Repair Status Not Updated

Hi,


Apple have my 2017 Macbook Pro for a keyboard replacement, dropped it off on the 30th and was told it should be shipped back to me on the 5th. So far no updates and the repair status is still showing,

30 June 2021 | We’ll be sending your product to the repair center soon.

Should I be worried?

Worried? Apart from the fact that the whole world has been on hold or slowed down over the past 18 months and this is probably just part of that? :-)


You could contact Apple but likely they will just look up the same status report thing you are.
