Hi Behruz1,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! We can definitely understanding needing to have your music downloaded to your device for offline use and we'd like to help. Sounds like the downloads keep being removed, is that right? What does the available storage on your iPhone look like? You can follow the steps here on How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

If it's low, the downloads may be being remove to create space on your device for day to day activities. You'll want to free up some space to keep this from happening.

You should also take a look at the list of recommendations to optimize your storage which you can find in that same article.

Hope that helps!

Behruz1,

Thank you for clarifying that! There are a few things you can try in order to resolve this. You can try disabling and then re-enabling "Sync Library" to see if this continues. You can do this by going to Settings > Music. Keep in mind, that this will remove the music that is downloaded to the device so you'll need to re-download it.

Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music

Signing out of your Apple ID and sign back in, in Settings > Your Name > Media & Purchases may also help.

If this continues, you can disable the following settings to test:

Settings > Music > Audio Quality > LossLess

Settings > Music > Audio > Dolby Atmos.

Reach out to Apple Support for further assistance. Depending on your region, you may be able to reach them here: Get Support.

Take Care!
