trying to update my ipad pro to 14.6, it wont do it over wireless or wifi so i tried directly to itunes , it gives me a response saying it could not be updated an unknown error occurred (4000)

If you own a Windows PC, make sure you have disabled any virus or security software on your computer before doing the iPadOS update through iTunes.
