Can I still recover photo booth data after reinstalling OS?

About a month ago I had to reinstall my OS because I could no longer access Safari and it worked, but it was only now that I realized all my photo booth pics are gone. Do you think there is still a way i could recover them? I thought they would automatically save in cloud, but they are nowhere to be found and they don t show up in the photo booth library either. I tried with time machine, but I am not really sure how to access I even wonder if there is a possibility I don t have it enabled? If its any sketchy data processing software that could bring back my data I would be down to try it I just want my photos back. Thanking you in advance🙏🏻😪

Have you looked into the default location for photo library?

/Users/<your_UserName>/Pictures/Photo\ Booth\ Library/
