CaC card reader iOS 14 iPad and IPhone

Does anybody have a solution for accessing CAC card enabled websites using iOS 14 or later two “two canoes”

My PayPal card reader Hello, I’m an independent contractor and use a PayPal card reader to accept payments. After the most recent update my phone can’t detect my card reader anymore. The screen will say detecting reader but not reader detected so I can’t swipe people’s cards. Right now I’m having to manually type in their info which takes a higher fee than swiping it. What happened in the new update that’s causing this and when will it be fixed?

How to Use CC in Wallet for Web Purchase? I have added a M/C to my iPad Wallet (in addition to my Apple Card). I then copy the M/C device number from the Wallet to my Safari AutoSave cards. A website vendor asks for a CC number and I select the M/C device number which has been entered into the Safari list. The website tells me the number is invalid. How does one use a CC (besides the Apple Card) device number stored in the Wallet to make a web purchase? Obviously one could use the actual card number but the purpose of the device number is to keep the actual number private.
