Hi there,
I am not quite sure whether you are referring to an iPhone 11 Pro or an iPhone 11, these two devices, while named similar, do not use the same display technologies which alter the amount of time that the phone lasts.
If you are referring to the iPhone 11 (not Pro), 6 hours is already very good. My personal iPhone 11 with battery health at 88% lasts less than that on a typical day.
If you are referring to the iPhone 11 Pro, which uses an OLED screen, different use cases can alter the battery life significantly. However, considering the massive battery upgrades for the iPhone 11 Pro, 6 hours seems a bit odd.
One solution to the problem you raised is by restoring your device. You should first backup all your data on your phone (photos, contacts, app data etc.) to either a computer or to iCloud. Make sure that you have all the data you need backed up completely as Apple cannot help you restore the data once the device is reset. After you confirm that all the data required is backed up, factory reset the device. Afterwards, download the backup you have created earlier. This should iron out the issues if there were bugs caused by cache or daily usage.
